How to Book
The Booking Procedure
Contact King Tut Special Events to discuss your preferred date, requirements- i.e. whether you require the Luxor Lounge or the Pharaohs' Palace, and whether you require a private viewing of the Exhibition (for which there is a rental charge) or you simply require timed admission to the Exhibition. Should you wish to proceed you will need to confirm your requirements in writing via a signed contract.
Atlanta Civic Center has appointed a number of experienced caterers and King Tut Special Events can advise on Special Events managers if you require one.
Payment requirements and invoicing procedures
You will be required to pay a deposit of 50% of the rental fees within 10 days of the date of invoice to secure your reservation. The balance will be required no later than 30 days prior to the event. If the booking is made within 30 days of the events full payment will be required. Deposits are non-returnable.
Invoicing of admission passes
a. Where you have reserved a Private Viewing
With regard to the Exhibition Admissions, you will be required to give a minimum guarantee on numbers attending and you will be required to pay for these admissions at least 30 days prior to the event. Final numbers will be required at least 21 days prior to the event. Full payment will be required before admission passes are distributed.
b. Where you have reserved a timed admission program
In order for King Tut Special Events to purchase the time- admissions with the Exhibition, we will need to know your exact numbers. The invoicing and payment procedures are the same as described above.
There is a number of official caterers who are officially licensed to provide catering at the Civic Center. If you have a preferred caterer in the list please contact them directly. If you do not have a preferred caterer see.
Your selected caterer will be able to help you with additional services and price quotes.
