Pharaohs' Palace

More than a luxury restaurant and more than a relaxing VIP lounge with private exhibition access, our main hospitality suite, The Pharaohs’ Palace, is an inspiring setting in itself, seamlessly extending the Exhibition atmosphere and theme into the heart of your event, providing your guests with a truly unique experience.

Exclusively yours throughout your event, The Pharaohs’ Palace provides flexible dining, conference and entertainment facilities for groups of up to 1000 guests. Whether you require an informal reception or a more formal dinner, a breakfast or luncheon function, the choice is yours.

The capacity of the Pharaohs’ Palace is 400 guests for a seated function and 800 for a standing drinks reception and finger buffet. However larger numbers may be accommodated utilizing other areas within The Civic Center.

King Tut Special Events has exclusive access to private viewing of the Exhibition during the evening. It is also possible to enjoy private viewings for breakfast events. See the Hospitality Experience section for further details.

How to book

The diary for the Pharaohs' Palace (or the Luxor Lounge area) and the Exhibition is held by King Tut Special Events (404-788-1942 or sales@kingtutevents.com). You may reserve your date with King Tut Special Events and contact one of the Atlanta Civic Centre appointed Caterers or your chosen Event Agency for all other aspects of your event. Alternatively you may ask your chosen Caterer or Event Agency to handle all aspects of your booking.
